| About the CCA |
The Chinese Dance CCA immerses students in the culturally rich world of Chinese dance through the learning of various styles and themes. Students develop confidence and artistic expression as they explore traditional Chinese art and convey emotions and stories through movement. Through regular training and stage performances, students build resilience, focus, and perseverance. They are given opportunities to showcase their talents at events such as the CCA Experience, Singapore Youth Festival Arts Presentation, school musicals, and other school-based performances. Emphasis is also placed on teamwork and collaboration, as students learn to work closely with one another, synchronise movements, and support their peers, fostering effective communication, responsibility, and strong camaraderie. |
